News articles from NewsAPI and other sources are owned by their respective publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content through the admin dashboard, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by CertifySphere and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFYSPHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
